UNITED STATES SHIPPING:

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50 to domestic customers and FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping upgrade for orders over $100. It will include delivery tracking. On average, orders take up to 3 business days to process and ship from our California warehouse to your delivery address.

Wholesale customer orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days) or FedEx ground (5 to 7 business days) depending on the size, weight, and box dimension of the order OR based on your selection at the time of checkout.

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday (excludes holidays).  All estimated shipping and processing times are in business days (M-F).  United States Postal Service (USPS) does not operate on Sunday; Weekend orders will be sent out on the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship Internationally (Worldwide) and currently offer DHL or FEDEX with delivery tracking (3 to 5 business days). Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

We offer FREE RETURNS FOR MECARMYUSA.COM DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS. If you are not completely satisfied with your products or if you receive a defective item, please send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Please note that we cannot refund any outbound shipping costs incurred when you placed the order or use express services for your return (e.g. USPS Express, DHL Express, FedEx Express, etc.).

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Please email us at: support@mecarmyusa.com to conduct an RMA request. A return shipping label will be provided (emailed) to you as long as it was purchased from our website, MecArmyUSA.com. We will refund the cost of the products but we cannot refund the shipping costs incurred when we shipped the product to you.

Exchanges:  It's easy to exchange an item if it's defective or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be made within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date if you are unsatisfied with your product, is in unused condition, and with complete original retail packaging.

If you believe you qualify for an exchange or store credit please email us and we will respond by sending you an RMA# and/or a return shipping label (USA customers only; We are not allowed to provide/email return labels internationally. There is a separate process for international customer returns). Do not attempt to return a product without first contacting us and receiving your RMA number and pre-paid shipping label for tracking purposes.
