MecArmy 5-Year Warranty
MecArmy warrants its illumination products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except abuse and normal wear-and-tear. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product should we determine it to be defective.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your MecArmy flashlight(s).
What Will MecArmy USA Do?
We will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge for our customers (purchases made on MecArmyUSA.com). We will also provide a return label and RMA number to you free of charge. However, if you did not purchase the product from us, you are responsible for inbound and outbound shipping or labor charges. We will repair or replace your product for free should we determine it to be a defect.
How Do You Get Service?
Our USA Customers: To be eligible you must have purchased from our website MecArmyUSA.com. You must contact us by email or by phone to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization and return label).
If something goes wrong with your MecArmy product(s) or you feel you have received a defective product(s), DO NOT attempt to repair, dismantle, or take it apart. Send it back to us:

We will inspect your product(s) and contact you within 72 hours to give the results of our inspection and an estimate of the labor charges required to fix the product if it is determined to not be covered under warranty. If you authorize repairs, we will return the repaired flashlight to you within 72 hours. There is no charge for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping or dropping off return packages, but we will cover shipping fees back to your address.
Customers who purchased elsewhere: We are here to assist you even if the store you purchased it from does not. If you did not purchase it from us we will attempt to repair and replace your product for you under warranty, however we cannot provide you free inbound and outbound shipping costs. You will need to send the product(s) to us with a brief description of the problem, a receipt/proof of purchase from the store you originally purchased it from, and mail it to us (please use a service with delivery tracking).
We will inspect your product(s) and contact you within 72 hours to give the results of our inspection and an estimate of the labor charges required to fix the product if it is determined to not be covered under warranty.
We will then send you an invoice by email which will cover any repair costs and the shipping costs back to you.
International customers: Unfortunately, we are unable to send return labels internationally. Email us and we will assist with finding the best solution for you to take up warranty.
